WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the limited nature of our capsule drops, no exchanges, refunds or returns will be accepted

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship within the US and are not able to accept any international orders at this time.

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

All packages will be sent via USPS (ground shipping). We are not able to offer expedited/priority shipping at this time. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the ship to address.  You will see the shipping calculation for your order at the checkout stage. 

WHAT SIZE AM I?

Sizing varies between items so we suggest that you carefully review each item description on fit recommendations and sizing charts BEFORE placing your order. Due to extremely limited quantities of stock; Returns/Exchanges are not allowed

Our assortment will continue to change with each limited drop. Most items from the manga-capsules will not be restocked and may sell out quickly. To find out about the latest merch drops; sign up for our mailing list on the home page.  

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER AND NEED TO CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can contact us at order-support@shonenjumpstore.com but we cannot guarantee the change can be made if the order has already been processed. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER? WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING?

Please allow 10 business days for order processing and verification. For all shipped packages, you will receive your tracking number via email or text depending on which contact information you provided when placing your order. If you are still experiencing delays with your order, please reach out to customer service to assist. Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am-5pm EST. Our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If you think your package has been returned to sender, but we have not contacted you, let us know by reaching out to order-support@shonenjumpstore.com. Please ensure you have the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT?

If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, reach out to us at order-support@shonenjumpstore.com with photos of the damaged/defective or incorrect item, as well as your order number. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will take care of it from there for you!
